All repairs will be priced individually.

Bespoke service

Any non-standard products will be priced on an individual basis.

Product care

We recommend any drying of the products should be done naturally ‘at room temperature’ to allow cottons and leather to keep their quality. Leather should be treated with any good leather feed or saddle soap to enhance its performance and durability.

Colours

Colours are represented on this website as closely to 'true colours' as possible. There may however be slight colour variations between the photograph and the product.

Pricing

All prices shown in this catalogue were correct at the time of going to press. Should the VAT rate change, we reserve the right to alter our prices accordingly. We reserve the right to alter our prices at any time.

Conditions of Sale

All prices shown are in English Pounds nett & subject to VAT at the current rate. All invoices will be in English Pounds – Euro figures will be given upon request.

All products sold should be promoted under the Croots’ brand and any images used for website or print purposes should be done so with the Croots’ brand shown. We will be happy to issue all artwork and logos that are required.

Under no circumstances should the Croots’ brand and images be used to promote other companies products.

All goods remain the property of Croots Ltd until payment has been made in full.

Any disputes regarding delivery & quality should be made within 48 hours of delivery.

We accept no responsibility for damage or failure of products due to misuseand alterations made by other parties.

Sizes stated are approximate.

Credit card payments are now accepted at no surcharge.

Croots returns policy

If for any reason you change your mind and wish to return your purchase to us details are shown below.

Unfortunately we cannot accept returns of Croots products directly if purchased through one of our stockists, in this instance please return the items directly to the relevant stockist. Only products purchased directly from Croots online store can be returned to us.

Likewise no product purchased from Croots online store can be returned to one of our stockists.

Exchange or Change of mind

If you wish to exchange your purchase or simply decide you no longer wish to keep it you should contact our head office on 01653 698668, within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number.

We will then email you a returns form that should be filled in and despatched with the item you wish to return.

The item must be returned in the original packaging, unused and in the same condition in which it was received.

We are sorry that we cannot contribute to packing or posting costs and any costs in returning the item are entirely at your expense.

The parcel must be returned using a signed for service and the item is your responsibility until signed for by a Croots Ltd - we take no responsibility for unsigned or mislaid items.

If an exchange is required, we will try our best to fulfil your request in good time. If the product required is not available for immediate despatch we will always notify you by either email or telephone.

If a refund is requested a credit will be made to your debit/credit card within 30 days and will be for the product purchase price. No delivery charges will be credited.

Returns due to problems with order or goods:

If you wish to return your purchase because of a problem with either the order or product you should contact our head office on 01653 698668, within 7 days of receipt, quoting your order number.

We will then email you a returns form that should be filled in and despatched with the item you wish to return. The item must be returned in the original packaging, unused in any way and in the same condition that it was received.

The parcel must be returned using a signed for service and the item is your responsibility until signed for by a Croots Ltd & we take no responsibility for unsigned or mislaid items.

Upon receipt we will inspect the problem and contact you to discuss any issues. If we are happy that the problem is justified we are happy to exchange or refund your order.

If an exchange is required, we will do our best to fulfil your request in good time. If the product required is not available for immediate despatch we will always notify you by either email or telephone.

If a refund is requested a credit will be made to your debit/credit card within 30 days & will be for the product purchase price & delivery charges. Any costs incurred in sending the item back to us will be credited.
